CCP Tools

Note: The production of the materials on this website was funded by the Australian Government for use by local governments which were part of the Cities for Climate Protection Australia Milestone Support Program that ended on 30 June 2009. Please note that ICLEI Oceania Program and Project support, the Greenhouse Gas Application (GGA) and milestone recognition is no longer available.

CCP Greenhouse Gas Application

Due to the cessation of funding to the CCP Australia program on 30 June 2009, the CCP Greenhouse Gas Application software has being shut down and is no longer available for council data input.

ICLEI Oceania sincerely regrets any inconvenience this may cause.

CCP Greenhouse Measures Toolkit

The CCP Measures Toolkit is an Excel workbook that assists councils to quantify the greenhouse gas savings achieved by various types of actions.

Due to the cessation of funding to the CCP Australia program on 30 June 2009, ICLEI can no longer provide ongoing support of the CCP Measures toolkit. However, councils may still find it a useful tool, and emission factors are able to be manually updated by the user.

To Download the toolkit:

  1. Right-click on the link below
  2. Choose "Save Target" or "Save Link As"
  3. Wait until the file has finished downloading (this could take a few seconds)
  4. Open the file as usual from your desktop or other folder

Download the CCP Measures Toolkit (June 2009 version) [pdf, 624KB]

Other Tools

CCP staff and councils use a range of other tools, such as a public lighting calculator and other public lighting tools; the Walking School Bus tool; a process used for conceptualising greenhouse emission abatement; and various tools that are used during inventory verifications.
