Aside from being chiefly responsible for the strategic
development for the ICLEI Southeast Asia Secretariat—
including the development and implementation of ICLEI’s
campaigns and programs in the region, partnership building
and resource mobilization—
Vic also oversees the financial
and administrational management of the regional office.

Mahallah supports the Regional Director in two areas: first,
in the planning, management and execution of ICLEI SEA’s
campaigns, programs and projects; and second, in the
oversight and management of operations including human
resources. She is also primarily responsible for training
development and implementation, and currently leads the
regional secretariat’s Events team.

ZENAIDA RANARIO-TAGOLINO
Finance and Administrative Officer

Zeny supports the Regional Director and the Projects and
Operations Coordinator in all financial, administrative and
operational matters of the organization. Additionally, she
provides administrative support to the projects and is part of
the Membership Services and Events teams.

Darleen leads the Membership Services team in ensuring
that ICLEI SEA members have access to information,
experts, and other resources and services offered by
the organization, including participation opportunities. As
Project Officer, she supports the implementation of current
adaptation (AsianCitiesAdapt) and sustainability
management (DReAMS) projects.

RHEA ROSE VICTORIA

Rhea leads the Communications team in conveying ICLEI
SEA’s mandate, services and products to members. As
Project Officer, she supports the implementation of current
water and sanitation (ACCESSanitation) and biodiversity
(LAB-Asia) projects.

Ric supports the Project Officer in the implementation of
AsianCitiesAdapt and DReAMS projects and is part of the
Membership team.

Karina supports the Project Officer in the implementation of
ACCESSanitation and LAB-Asia projects and is part of the
Events team.
