LG at UNFCCC Negotiations

- New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg delivered a speech on behalf of Local Government at the high-level segment of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 13) in Bali on 14 December 2007.
Since 1995, and the First Conference of the Parties (COP 1) in Berlin, Local Governments have been present at UNFCCC key events.
