Eco-Label awarded to South Africa Beaches

ICLEI member cities, Cape Town and Nelson Mandela Metro care for 10 of the 19 South African beaches that were awarded Blue Flag status for the 2008/9 season. The Blue Flag is an international award, working towards sustainable development at beaches and marinas. [more]
