Milestone 1

  • CCP Inventory Manual: This comprehensive document outlines the steps involved in Completing an Emissions Inventory and Forecast. The manual will assist council to complete the inventory and meet the requirements for Milestone 1, Milestone 5 and the Planning & Review (P&R) component of CCP Plus. [PDF, 1.7 MB]

  • Data Required: A summary of the data you will be required to collect, with some prompts directing you to where you will find it in council. [PDF, 435 KB]

  • Milestone 1 Community Energy Use Profile Explanation: Includes the data methodology and user instructions for the community default data supplied by ICLEI. [PDF, 204 KB]

  • Data collection sheets: Download data collection tables to assist you to collect the required data. [XLS, 81 KB]

  • Template Form for Utility Data: A request form to send to utility providers in order to obtain data. [Word doc, 24 KB]

Milestone 2

Milestone 3

  • Achieving Milestone 3: A comprehensive guide to assist in preparing a greenhouse gas reduction strategy. [PDF, 140 KB]

Milestone 4

  • Achieving Milestone 4: A guide to reaching Milestone 4 and to demonstrating abatement and dollars saved. [PDF, 156 KB]

  • Measures Toolkit: The toolkit quantifies the dollar savings and greenhouse gas reductions of actions implemented by council. It can also be used to predict the outcomes of proposed actions and is used in the annual CCP measures process [xls, 920 KB].

Milestone 5

  • Measures Toolkit: Quantify the dollar savings and greenhouse gas reductions of actions implemented by council.

CCP Plus

  • Organisational Review: A self-assessment tool for councils, designed to assist in integrating and focussing their internal program management.

  • Planning and Review: This provides council with the opportunity to assess its progress towards its reduction goals and reassess the strategic direction of the Local Action Plan (LAP). It also provides a valuable opportunity to highlight council’s achievements and to assess key learnings.
