Photos documenting biodiversity in an urban context are rare. Therefore, compiling the case studies, it was an explicit goal to also collect and publish suitable photos from the cities featured.

With correct quoting, photos (except those explicitly excluded by copyright or other means) can be used in not-for-profit ways, to portray the concern of protecting biodiversity in an urban context.
