Payment
Please make your payment as soon as you are notified of your registration’s approval by the conference organisers. Your registration will be finally confirmed only once the full payment of the conference fee has been received.
Please note that in order to be able to charge the current fee for an event of this scale, we have to limit our administrative costs. Therefore, we will not issue invoices; payment receipts will only be issued upon request and once your payment has been credited to our account.
Bank Transfer
When making the payment via bank transfer, please specify the reference name of the participant and your city or institution, as well as “World Congress”. Additionally, please ensure that all banking fees are covered (both for your bank and for the recipient) and that the applicable funds are transferred to:

Credit Card Payment
An online credit card payment option for this event and its co-events is now available. Register online today and then pay via credit card. Your place at the conference will be guaranteed but you will receive the final confirmation only upon arrival of payment.
