Biography:
Judy McGuire is the Chair of the Climate Protection Committee for the Town of Chevy Chase, MD. This, like most of the governing structure of the Town, is a volunteer position. Judy's professional career has been in international development and science writing. Her work on global warming is a result more of passion and self-education than of normal training. She is an avid outdoors person and hiked the Appalachian Trail end-to-end in 2007.
