Biography:
Carl Spector is Executive Director of the City of Boston’s Air Pollution Control Commission, where he enforces the City’s air and noise regulations and coordinates climate mitigation and adaptation policies. Before joining City Hall, he worked on a wide variety of environmental and energy issues at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. General Accounting Office, and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and in private industry. He holds degrees in physics and environmental science.
