Biology:
Liz Murphy, a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, currently works on the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate team in the State Department's Office of Global Change. Prior to this assignment, she served as a Public Diplomacy Officer in Baku, Azerbaijan and as a Politica/Economic/Consular Officer in Monterrey, Mexico. Ms. Murphy earned an A.B. in history from Harvard College and completed some graduate work in international resource management at the University of Montana. She is a native of Scranton, PA, and currently resides in Arlington, VA.
