Kellene Burn-Roy
P.E., Senior Vice President, CDM

Biography:
Kellene Burn-Roy is a Senior Vice President, an environmental engineer with 28 years of experience and a member of the Board of Directors for CDM, a worldwide full-service consulting firm focused on integrated, environmentally sound solutions for clients’ infrastructure and development needs.

As Chief Strategy Officer for CDM’s Public Services Group, Ms. Burn Roy leads long-term strategic planning to assure meaningful, sustainable expertise and support to the nation’s municipalities.

Most recently, Ms. Burn-Roy served as program director for the award winning Integrated Resources Plan for Los Angeles, which combines water, wastewater, and stormwater management planning.  She led design of Orange County’s Groundwater Replenishment System which will recycle 70,000 acre-feet of wastewater per year into potable water.

These projects were among the drivers for CDM’s receipt of the prestigious “Partner in Community Award” for 2007, in recognition of the firm’s leadership in sustainability, from a prominent, LA based, grass-roots environmental group.
