Biography:
Mark Baloga has been the Executive Director of the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference since February 2002. Prior to his current position Mark was the Legislative Director for the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference, where he has been dedicated to municipal issues since 1995. Before joining DMMC Mark worked in state and local government and practiced law in Minnesota. A graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Minnesota Law School, Mark has worked since 1989 in the public policy arena.
