Biography:
Beth Baird has been employed at the City of Boise Public Works Department for 13 years. During that time she has developed the air quality program for the City of Boise. Most recently she has added coordinating the Climate Protection Program to her set of responsibilities. Prior to employment with the City of Boise Beth held a variety of positions related to air quality management. Beth has worked for the air pollution control agencies for the States of Colorado and Idaho, an environmental engineering firm and as an independent contractor. Beth obtained a graduate degree in Environment Management from Duke University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
