The Local Government Climate Roadmap
Leading local government associations world-wide that represent communities around the globe, are driving the Local Government Climate Roadmap; a process that started during COP 13 in December 2007. The Roadmap advocates for a strong and comprehensive post-2012 global climate agreement, which recognizes key role of cities and local governments in climate protection, enabling them to fulfill this role.
The advocacy process of the Roadmap process culminated in their enormous presence at the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP 15) in Copenhagen, Denmark. Read more...

The City Climate Catalogue
The city of Copenhagen and ICLEI have launched a new virtual tool in the combat against climate change, the City Climate Catalogue. The catalogue shows the ambitious climate work of cities and local governments around the world, sending a strong message to the United Nations, national governments and other important actors around the globe.
