October/November Oceania Bulletin now available

The October/November edition of the Oceania News Bulletin is now available.

This issue contains details about forthcoming ICLEI events, including the Region’s
annual breakfast event at the ALGA National General Assembly, and ICLEI's
role at COP13 in Bali this December. It also welcomes new ICLEI Member Councils, Campaign participants, and ICLEI staff.
