ICLEI helps strengthen the capacity of local government elected officials and managers to drive a process of change towards sustainable development.
ICLEI's International Training Centre (ITC) organizes seminars, workshops, and conferences, and offers supported distance training, study tours, and exchange programs.
Regular conferences focused on capacity building and exchange take place globally and regionally. ITC organized programs include "training-of-trainers" and "training on demand."
