CCP Plus - Greenhouse action beyond Milestone 5

Broadening, accelerating and strengthening your greenhouse gas emissions reduction program.

CCP Plus supports councils that have moved beyond the milestone framework and continue to strive to meet their corporate and community emission reduction goals. Through CCP Plus, ICLEI-A/NZ continues to offer information exchange, resources and networking opportunities for councils. Additionally, CCP Plus delivers focused support to councils in three key areas:

1. Organisational Review
2. Planning and Review
3. CCP Plus Projects

CCP Plus councils should aim to complete a simple work plan outlining the dates by which they intend to undertake the requirements of CCP Plus. ICLEI-A/NZ recommends the following work be completed within the listed timelines:

• Contribution to the annual CCP Measures Report: yearly
• Organisational Review: 2-3 yearly
• Planning and Review: 2-3 yearly
• Advancing Action Projects, corporate and community: as available.
