Milestone 4: Implement and Quantify

Milestone 4 involves the implementation of actions from the Milestone 3 Local Action Plan (LAP). On completion, councils are able to demonstrate tangible greenhouse gas reductions, pay-back periods and financial cost savings.

Milestone 4 is the key to the success of the CCP Program as it is the effective implementation of measures that results in emission reductions. Milestone 4 is achieved when councils are implementing greenhouse gas reduction projects and reducing local greenhouse gas emissions.
