Organisational Review

The Organisational Review is a self-assessment tool for councils developed by ICLEI-A/NZ. It is designed to assist councils to integrate and focus their internal program management in such a way that the long-term sustainability of council's CCP program is assured.

A key outcome of the review process is a Management Report that:

• highlights areas of success in council's CCP strategy;
• identifies where there is room for improvement; and
• provides a series of council-specific recommendations intended to foster the establishment of a cycle of continuous improvement within council culture.

The Organisational Review is not a pass or fail test of council's CCP Program implementation. Rather it is a means of ensuring that councils have integrated the key framework elements of Milestones 1 to 5 before they embark on more advanced projects and initiatives as members of CCP-Plus.
