LAB Workshop 2011, Bergriver Municipality, South Africa, 1-4 February 2011

ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability and the Local Action for Biodiversity program are delighted to announce the upcoming International Local Action for Biodiversity (LAB) Workshop 2011, to be held in the biodiversity-rich area of Bergrivier Municipality, from 1 - 4 February 2011.

The workshop is dedicated to local governments participating in the Local Action for Biodiversity program. Join LAB before 15 December and your local government will qualify for the LAB Workshop!

Bergriver Municipality, a picturesque region within South Africa's Western Cape, will host the LAB Workshop. The municipality boasts a variety of natural attractions, extending from the sea to mountains to farmland (including wine farms within the Cape Floral Kingdom) and is also a global biodiversity hotspot.
