Mayor Kabuye President of Uganda’s Association of Local GovernmentsJuly 12, 2006
Mayor Stephen Kabuye of Entebbe (Uganda), Vice President of ICLEI, has recently been appointed as President of the Urban Authorities Association of Uganda (UAAU). The UAAU is the country’s formal association of local governments.
