ICLEI Africa Water Office hosted by the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality

The Water Office of the ICLEI Africa Secretariat is generously hosted by the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (South Africa).

The hosting became effective from the 3^rd of April 2007 until the 31^st of December 2007, after the agreement reached between the mayor of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and the Secretary General of ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability.

The Office is located at the Municipality’s Metro Parks Office, located along the Railway Street in Boksburg (South Africa). The office is only around 13 kilometers on the south of the O.R. Tambo International Airport, formerly known as the Johannesburg International Airport.
