Key speakers presented in a panel discussion moderated by Clr Cathy Oke from Melbourne, the reasons why LG should be recognized and key examples that show case, to over 120 participants. The Governor of Quintana Roo, Félx González Canto kindly made the welcome speech and LG international partners, UN ISRD, UN-Habitat, OECD, IADB,  expressed their support to LGs based on different initiatives.
