ICLEI's services to ICLEI Members and Cities for Climate Protection (CCP) participants are meant to build their capacity to implement their milestones and achieve actual reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. These services include:

• training and technical assistance to the participating local authorities to accomplish the milestones with technical tools and information, workshops, information on funding opportunities;
  
• greenhouse gas inventory and monitoring software;
  
• case studies, fact sheets and other publications;
  
• assistance in identifying and quantifying measures;
  
• assistance in implementing measures;
  
• representation at the sessions of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC and its Subsidiary Bodies.

Other than these services to our partner cities ICLEI South Asia also offers fees-for-services, consulting and training in:

• energy audits,
  
• Environmental Management System/ISO 14001,
  
• conducting awareness programs, seminars and workshops,
  
• program design and management, strategic planning,
  
• information exchange programs,
  
• transportation studies,
  
• environmental assessment,
  
• facilitating third party financing and link to international donor organizations.
