Albertslund, Denmark
Albertslund is a small city outside Copenhagen with big ambitions to have a leading role in environmental efforts. Climate Plan 2009 - 2015 is the latest such initiative. The plan contains a broad range of activities that will reduce the City‘s CO2 emission by 25% in 2015. This corresponds to 52.000 tonnes compared to the basic year 2006.
