Water Campaign™ Actions Profile 2009

Local governments and their communities take action on sustainable water management!

This latest Water Campaign Actions Profile was launched at the ALGA National General Assembly of Local Government in Canberra on Monday 22 June 2009.

The 2009 publication features actions from 10 council participating in the Water Campaign™ from New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. We are particularly pleased to include a Queensland council for the first time.

The actions outlined in this publication are highly transferable and provide examples of how local governments are approaching sustainable water management, from stormwater recovery and water recycling, to improving data management and engendering behaviour change.
