To enable us to continue providing program support services we have introduced an annual participation fee for councils wishing to maintain or increase their level of program support.
Greenhouse Savings
Local governments, in association with ICLEI Oceania's CCP Australia Program, have achieved the following reductions in CO2e emissions:
Between 1997/98 and 2006/07, Australian councils have reduced CO2e emissions by over 13.3 million tonnes.
There are presently over 230 Australian councils participating in the CCP Program (see CCP Annual Reports).
